Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and are shipped from Grapevine, TX, 76051 . Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 


Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the final payment step. 


Shipping Locations: We ship to addresses domestically and internationally. If you have any specific questions about shipping to your area, please contact our customer service team. 


Estimated Delivery Time: Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on customs processes in the destination country. 


Return Policy

Return Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all original product tags attached. 


Non-Returnable Items: Please note that clearance items, gift cards, personalized items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. 


Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers will cover the cost of shipping for returned goods, unless the return is due to a company error or a defective product.
